AAA 2-4-11 Naucualpan, Part 1 - Review
The show opens and Konnan and El Zorro are sitting in a stairwell discussing their problems with Charly Manson. L.A. Park comes over and interrupts them which infuriates Zorro and he storms off. Park tells Konnan he's signing the contract to be a part of Rey de Reyes and is going to be Megacampeón, but Konnan tells him he has to deal with Mesías before he worries about that.
1. Ronin and Sexi Star vs. Sugi and Fabi Apache
Sugi is someone who is always impressive to watch in the ring, the guy is as fast as a bullet and seems to do all of his crazy moves absolutely flawlessly. The ladies start out with some above average mat work and Fabi manages to get the better of her in the first exchange. They go to work on the mat again and Fabi does some great counters to Sexi. Sugi and Ronin jump in and trade moves and Sugi sends him outside with a headscissors to the floor. Fabi and Sexi back in the ring, they brawl a bit and Sexi hits Sugi with a kick that knocks him to the floor. Sexi gets the better of Fabi and chokes her out in the corner with her boot, then goes after Sugi and does a 2-on-1 attack with Ronin. She hits a bodyslam on Sugi as the show goes to commercial. Returning from the break, the beat down continues and Hijo del Tirantes who is the referee in the match continues to turn a blind eye as Sexi Star low blows Sugi. Whip into the ropes but Sugi hits an awesome spinning armdrag on Ronin that sends him out and then does a rope walk across the ring into a dropkick in the corner on Sexi Star that was equally awesome. Ronin is back in and gets double hiptossed and hit with stereo dropkicks by Fabi and Sugi. Fabi hits a rolling armbar on Sexi but Ronin breaks it up, only to get tossed outside and nailed with a diving huracanrana by Sugi that seemed to mess up Sugi's leg. Fabi hits a tiger suplex on Sexi and has her for the count but Tirantes kicks her legs out from underneath her like the annoying doofus he is and gets slapped in the face by Fabi, who is distracted long enough for Sexi Star to hit a backstabber and win the match on a fast count. Afterwards, Sexi Star grabs a bat with a chain wrapped around it and Tirantes nails Fabi in the knee with it twice until Gran Apache runs in to break it up. Fabi sells her knee as being seriously injured and gets carried out on a stretcher as the fans throw popcorn and sodas at the three rudos who heinously attacked her. Great opening match here with Fabi getting to do some great mat wrestling in the beginning and Sugi getting a real showcase for his talents.
2. Rey de Reyes semifinal: Dark Cuervo vs. Joe Lider vs. Extreme Tiger vs. Chessman
Brawling on the outside to start, Tiger gets suplexed back into the ring by Cuervo and then dropkicked back out by Lider. Cuervo and Lider trade punches and Lider hits a cutthroat neckbreaker for a two count. They run the ropes and Cuervo hits a big boot for two. They go to run the ropes but both get tripped up by the other two who jump in the ring now. German attempt by Chessman, but Tiger flips out and hits a tope con giro to the outside and Chessman hits a running tope on the other side that knocks himself and Lider into the crowd. Chessman and Cuervo crawl slowly back in as Tiger and Lider fight on the outside, and Tiger climbs on the apron only to get superkicked off by Chessman. Chessman and Lider in now, Chessman sends him off the ropes but Lider catches him with an arm capture variation of a backstabber for a two count as the show goes to commercial. Returning to the show and Lider and Chessman are climbing the turnbuckle and Lider hits a reverse DDT off the middle rope and has him covered but Tiger breaks up the pin. Lider gets Tiger up in the torture rack position but Tiger hits a crucifix pin and Lider kicks out at two. They fight to their feet and exchange punches, and Lider pulls Tiger up for a vertical suplex, but Cuervo reappears and flips Tiger's legs down to have him hit a suplex of his own and then kicks Tiger in the face for a two count. They then do an awesome rope running sequence where they criss cross and then Tiger does a rolling somersault only to get dropkicked right in the face right as he comes out of his somersault. Chessman runs at Cuervo but gets a DDT, and Cuervo then goes up top and hits a senton on Chessman and covers him but Tiger breaks up the pin. Not to be outdone, Tiger goes up and hits a 450 off the top but then gets pulled out of the ring by Cuervo and Lider. Those two face off in the ring as the fans chant for Lider, then both run the ropes and catch each other with stereo clotheslines. Lider hits a double underhook piledriver on Cuervo with his feet draped across the ropes Orton style and goes for the cover but Tiger nails him right in the face with an awesome dropkick and Joe gets an amazing wide-eyed look on his face. Extreme Tiger runs at Lider but gets trapped and dropped on his head with a crazy move that can be described as a rubik's cube out of the tiger suplex position that looked incredible. Lider goes for the cover but Chessman breaks it up as the crowd is going crazy for Lider and chanting his name. Lider hits a cradle on Chessman for the two count and then runs and knocks Cuervo off the apron, then gets nailed with a Pele kick by Tiger. Tiger gets sent out by Chessman who waits slowly for Lider to turn around and then nails him with a spear for the three count. This is an elimination match, even though guys have been randomly breaking up each other's pin attempts up to this point. Chessman and Cuervo back in, Cuervo hits a dropkick for a two count. They stagger to their feet again and Chessman hits a spear on Cuervo to pin him for a three as well. Tiger and Chessman square off now in the last fall of the match, and Tiger throws Chessman into the ropes and hits a double stomp on him, then goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Chessman pulls Tiger up again and gives him a backbreaker out of the torture rack for two. Tiger gets on the apron, hits an enziguri, and comes in for a huracanrana but Cuervo pulls him into a cangrejo. Tiger works his way out, hits his huracanrana finally and covers Chessman for the three count to advance to the Rey de Reyes finals. This was a really great, fast paced match with everyone looking pretty good, and they whipped the crowd into a frenzy as well which is always good.
Backstage, Cibernético hands someone a letter and tells them it needs to get to L.A. Park. I assume he has a distrust for the postal service.

3. El Mesías, Dark Espíritu, Dark Ozz vs. Decnnis, LA Park, Zorro
The crowd is already chanting for all of them as the match begins. Park and Mesías resume their rivalry and start brawling on the outside as the other four fight in the ring. Decnnis (or is it Decnis?) straddles Espíritu in the corner and kicks him repeatedly and Park grabs a normal, non-folding hard plastic/metal chair out of the audience and slams it across Mesías' back and the fans chant Park's name. Park then brings the chair in the ring and just clobbers Espíritu with it. He then grabs Ozz and powerbombs him right across the seat of the chair. I could watch Park do this all day, honestly. Zorro has a folding chair now and slaps it over Mesías' back then sets it up in the corner and whips him head first into it. The beatdown continues with Decnnis slamming a chair into a nother chair that is between Ozz's legs. We might not see any Hijos del Ozz after that one. Zorro holds Mesías' head up by his braids as Park runs the ropes and kicks him right in the face. Zorro and Park then hold Mesías head and slam it repeatedly against the chair, with Park celebrating this by doing his trademark dance and being fantastically awesome. Park then whips off his belt and starts dancing again as the crowd unanimously chants his name, and Park goes and slaps Mesías repeatedly on the back with the belt and then the three of them just destroy him with punches. They send Mesías into the ropes, but he finally ducks out and knocks them all down before hitting a tope to the outside and Espíritu runs in with a springboard plancha and goes after Decnnis. Mesías has a chair now and turns to Park and just nails him with it and rolls Park into the ring. Mesías has the belt now as Espíritu holds Park down and slaps him hard as hell across the back with a thunderous SMACK. The three of them back Park into a corner and Park runs at them only to get slammed across the head with a chair by Mesías. Mesías and Decnnis face off in the ring now as things settle down a bit and the crowd is chanting for Mesías now. Mesías knocks Decnnis out and Espíritu runs in to takes him on now and armdrags him out. Espíritu faces Park now and ducks a clothesline and hits a tope to the outside on Decnnis. Park and Mesías now face off in the ring, push each other, spit at each other and then just start trading slaps and punches until Park has had enough and tags out, being an awesome rudo. Mesías knocks Decnnis down with two shoulder tackles and then hits a uranage but Zorro throws his kendo stick at him and takes out his legs. Zorro goes for a piledriver but Mesías flips out and hits a dropkick. Zorro comes off the ropes with a clothesline to Mesías and poses as the fans continue to chant for Mesías. Park cuts off Mesías from behind and takes him down with punches. The camera zooms in on Mesías' back and it's covered in welts from the belt shots by Park. Mesías has him in the corner now and is punching him repeatedly, so the ref comes over to pull him off but Mesias accidentally knocks him down and Park comes off the top for a splash but lands on the ref instead when Mesías moves. The ring clears out and Espíritu and Zorro are in now, Zorro dropkicks him down but Ozz comes in and dropkicks him out then Espíritu hits a suicide plancha on Zorro and Decnnis but they catch him and toss him into the crowd, but Ozz comes flying through the ropes with a crazy super tornillo. L.A. Park, in fine fashion, then goes up top and teases a dive but then instead tells the fans to fuck off. Park and Mesías square off again and Park charges at him in the corner, gets hit with a boot, but then catches the charging Mesías with a powerslam for two, and then defiantly chants "sí se puede" because he knows how awesome he is. Mesías hits a plancha on Park or two and they show Decnnis on the outside with a doctor and he has an absolute goose egg on his forehead from the dive into the crowd. Park slams Mesías and goes for a springboard moonsault but misses and Mesías has him down now. Mesías goes up top and comes off the turnbuckle with a frog splash and covers Park. Afterwards, all of them keep brawling and Cuervo runs down to help his stablemates out and run off the rudos as the show ends. This match was great, crazy stuff with Park being the star and everyone around him making it a fantastic match by being absolutely awesome as well.
